
Ingredients:
1 banana sliced, frozen*
2 tbsp milk of choice
1/2 scoop Pin Up Girl Protein Powder, flavor of choice
Berries (optional)
Serves 1
Instructions:
- Slice one banana. Put slices on a plate and put it in the freezer. Freeze at least four hours, or overnight.
- Add frozen banana slices and milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until mostly smooth.
- Add ½ scoop protein powder, and continue blending until smooth. Add more milk if needed. The consistency should be thick and creamy.
- Pour into a dish, top with berries, and enjoy!
