What Shatavari Is
Shatavari is a climbing plant in the asparagus family, native to India and cultivated across Asia and Africa. The name “shatavari” in Sanskrit means “she who has a hundred husbands” — a reference to its traditional use in supporting women’s reproductive vitality across all life stages, from puberty through menopause.
